Stock Home Plans:
If you wish to choose from our stock plan library there is a preset fee for each plan. Simply choose the plan, add it to your cart and proceed to "check out".
All of our stock home plans can be "reversed" or "mirrored".
Reversing or mirroring a stock home plans: Add $100.00 cdn
When a house plan is reversed, the footprint or outline of the house does not change, nor are there any changes made to the design.
Our reversed plans are "read right" reversed. This means the house is reversed, but all wording and numbers are read normally left to right.
All of our stock home plans can be modified to suit your needs.
Modify any stock house plan: Add $200.00 cdn
Modify and Reverse any stock house plan: Add $250.00 cdn
Modifying a house plan is when a "single" set of changes are made to the house plan.
Examples are...moving interior walls, re-arrange a bathroom or kitchen, or changing a window.
Modifying a house plan requires that the footprint, structure or roof line does not change.
This foot print or outline includes the house, garage, porches, decks, and exterior stair wells.
Changes that affect the footprint, structure or roof line are done under our "customized" service.

Our fee is determined by the gross floor area of the home.
