Purchasing Agreement: Terms and Conditions
1. All sales are final
2. No refund or exchanges
3. Ontario Home Plans retains ownership of all original designs and blueprints.
4. With blueprints purchased; a license is granted to the buyer to construct only one house.
5. All blueprints are fully protected under all copyright laws.
6. Reproduction of house plans in full, or in part is strictly prohibited.
7. The buyer agrees that they are not allowed, by law, to re-sell the blueprints or parts there of.
8. Ontario Home Plans reserves the right to make changes to designs and prices without notice.
Important Notes:
1. All plans are designed to comply with the requirements of the Canadian National Building Code and the Ontario Building Code.
2. We recommend to have the house plans checked for compliance of all your local by-laws.
3. Please always make sure the house will fit on your desired building lot. |
